Delegates: All members of the practice team who have mentored two or more individuals and attended an XLVets Mentoring Matters course (face-to-face/online or in their practice) or similar coaching course.

Mentoring tools and techniques are refined through consistent practice. In this innovative course, designed for those already adept in core mentoring skills, we delve into the art of listening at a deeper level and enriching your interactions with your mentees to achieve even more impactful outcomes. Be prepared for hands-on exercises as we explore advanced models and the underlying meanings behind the words your mentees express.

Join a vibrant XLVets community of experienced mentors, where you'll have continuous opportunities for group discussions and individual support, fostering your growth as a mentor.
